What information is displayed publicly?

Your rounded city-level location is shown. A name, visit date, note, photo, and public card link appear only when you choose to add them.

Do you collect my exact address?

No. We ask for a city, region, and country. Postal codes are converted to a city-level result and are not publicly displayed.

How is the mileage calculated?

When routing is unavailable, we calculate a straight-line distance between the hometown centroid and the shop, round it to a whole mile, and label it “about.”

Will my exact location be shown?

No. Guest Book pins use rounded city-level coordinates and never show a street address.

Can I create a card without a photo?

Absolutely. Every card style has an intentional no-photo design.

How will my photo be used?

Your photo stays in your local card unless you separately allow it on the public map. Public photos can appear with your map entry and travel card.

How do I report a public entry?

Choose a pin on the map, then use “Report this entry.” The report goes to the protected admin page for removal review.

How can I request removal?

Use “Report this entry” on the map or contact the shop through the contact page.
