Classic concretes begin with a menu of candy, cookie, fruit, nut and chocolate mix-ins. Specialty concretes bring those ideas together in named combinations, each with an exact ingredient description.
The Udderly Drumstick combines chunk chocolate, peanuts, waffle-cone pieces and caramel. Scotcharoo layers chocolate flakes, Rice Krispies, peanut butter and butterscotch. Muddy River, Mocha Mud Pie, Twisted Caramel and Puppy Chow each follow a different dessert direction.
